SOCIAL IMPACT LEADERSHIP & CONSULTING
As an expert in DEI, culture change, community engagement, and advocacy, Raegan frequently consults and collaborates on social impact strategy at any step of the process, from program design and implementation to communications and evaluation. Her creative background and rare mix of vision and organizational skills make her an expert in helping individuals and organizations create meaningful, measurable change.
Raegan particularly enjoys working with students. The mentoring program she designed and delivered for I Challenge Myself matched first generation NYC high school students with a range of young professionals, in order to expand students’ perceptions of a variety of careers. Incorporating structured group sessions and one-on-one counseling over the course of twelve weeks, the program also led students on a personalized field trip to Google, and connected them with paid internship opportunities at New York City cultural landmarks, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Apollo Theater, Central Park Conservancy, and Intrepid Museum.
In 2024, Raegan was appointed as American Association of University Women (AAUW)’s Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for New York State. She also serves as Vice President of Programs for the New York City Branch.
Raegan has designed and delivered programming for a range of clients. As an elected member of the UK Fulbright Alumni Council, she has worked with the Commission on developing equitable application review practices, widening participation programs, and alumni engagement. She recently spearheaded the “Festival of Fulbright” initiative, securing a $35,000 grant from the US Embassy in London to deliver programming at universities in under-represented regions across the UK.
Prior to her role on the Alumni Council, Raegan’s Fulbright research initiative, SoundBoard NYC, was supported by Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation and brought lyrical creative writing workshops to partners including The New York Public Library, The Guidance Center of Westchester, and the Women’s Prison Association.
